Location.

There was a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee. We spent two nights. We left the first day to do things, and when we came back and the motel office shut our AC off in their office, so our room was really warm. The overall appearance of the motel was nice, but it could have used a good cleaning. There were cob webs in the corners.
